I’m Courtney.
When people ask me what I do, I usually just say,
“I’m an architect.”
For a long time I wasn't really sure how else to explain it.
I see patterns. I see how things connect.
I build frameworks that help people understand what’s really going on, shift what isn't working and move with greater intention.
The more I do this work, the more I realise that architect is probably the most accurate word I could have chosen.
An energetic architect.
I work with leaders, changemakers and intuitive people to explore the architecture beneath who they are, how they operate and what they're creating.
Sometimes that means intuitive or spirit-led insight. Sometimes strategy. Sometimes working directly with patterns, beliefs or energy.
Usually, it's some combination of all of them.
The point isn't the modality.
It's helping you see where you are, recognise where you want to go, and change the architecture between the two.
